Muay Thai is a combat sport from Thailand that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. Like most competitive full contact fighting sports, muay Thai has a heavy focus on body conditioning. Muay Thai is specifically designed to promote the level of fitness and toughness required for ring competition. Training regimens include many staples of combat sport conditioning such as running, shadowboxing, rope jumping, body weight resistance exercises, medicine ball exercises, abdominal exercises, and in some cases weight training.
Kickboxing refers to a group of martial arts and stand-up combat sports based on kicking and punching, historically developed from karate, Muay Thai and western boxing. Kickboxing is often practiced for self-defense, general fitness, or as a contact sport.

To schedule your first class, call us at 647.340.2293 or send us an email. You can come by to watch a class anytime. To participate, we recommend you schedule ahead of time as space can be limited in certain classes.
I have never done martial arts, can I still participate?
- Yes. No experience is necessary and you do not need to be in a certain shape to take part in our classes. There are new beginners joining everyday and many ask themselves the same question: "Why didn't I join this earlier?!". If you have never done any form of exercise or have health concerns, we highly recommend to consult your physician prior to taking part in any physicall activity.
What should I wear?
- For Muay Thai, BJJ and dance, any type of comfortable shorts or pants and a regular t-shirt is perfect.
Do I need a partner?
- No. Although a partner is not necessary, we hightly recommend having a friend join with you as this has been proven to help keep both of you motivated and focused on achieving your goal (fitness and/or skill level).
